DENR PENRO Capiz is recruiting volunteers for the International Coastal Cleanup on Saturday 19 September 2026, starting 7:00 a.m., under the theme Clean Seas for Resilient Communities. Cleanups run simultaneously at Barangay Culasi in Roxas City, Barangay Binaobawan in Pilar and Barangay Balaring in Ivisan. All interested individuals are invited to join as ocean champions.
