DENR Region IV-A personnel from CENRO Real, with the Infanta Municipal Police Station, the Quezon Police Mobile Force Company, the Army's 80th Infantry Battalion and the Infanta local government, served and enforced a cease and desist order on a resort, identified by residents as Lola's Haven Resort, built inside the national park, wildlife sanctuary and game preserve declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 1636 of 1977. The operator was cited for unauthorised construction of facilities and running tourism activities without Protected Area Management Board clearance or DENR permits, in violation of RA 7586 as amended by RA 11038, and was fined P50,000.
